We have vacancies for Support Workers to join the Bury St Edmunds' Supported Living Service, supporting adults with learning disabilities within the local community. The tenants living in shared accommodation have a variety of abilities and capabilities and all require varying levels of support to enable them to live the life they choose. We require dedicated people to work alongside individuals, to support and encourage them to live happy independent lives. You will be providing personal care, support with medication, various life skills and a variety of activities out and about in the community.

We are looking for candidates who have a person-centered approach to supporting individuals to live as independently as possible within their own home and local community. This is an extremely rewarding role in that you can make a real difference to people’s lives. Ideally we are looking for experienced Support Worker however if you have the right values for our organisation, you will be supported by a programme of continuous training and development.
