What we do

Our Support Workers provide social care support for over 1,500 customers in the community, in the home and through short break respite support for families.

Whilst our main focus is on adults who have learning disabilities, we can also support you if you have physical complex needs, autism, ADHD or an acquired brain injury.  We can help if you need support to remain independent through age or ill health, dementia or are a young person making the transition to adult services.  Our support workers are skilled people, trained to provide social care support to a wide range of people, often with very complex needs.

Our aim is to support you to lead the life you choose.
