What we do

Our Support Workers provide social care support for over 1,200 customers with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in the community, in the home and through short break respite support for families.

With a core focus on adults who have learning disabilities, we can also support you if you have physical complex needs, autism, ADHD or an acquired brain injury.  We can help if you need support to remain independent through age or ill health, dementia or are a young person making the transition to adult services.  Our support workers are skilled people, trained to provide social care support to a wide range of people, often with very complex needs.

Our services include daytime activities, supported living, short break respite care, domiciliary care in the home and support to live safely and independently in the community.  We can also support you to plan care packages and manage finances.

Our aim is to support you to lead the life you choose.
