Winner: Kara Stoggles - Support Worker, Burgess House Short Break Unit, Ipswich

Despite being an apprentice, Kara has become one of the most appreciated and valued team members. She started off quietly but has gradually grown in confidence and supports customers in a very professional and conscientious manner. She treats our customers with dignity and in a person-centred way and is very well liked and respected by customers and colleagues alike. Kara is a very well-deserved winner of this award and we hope she will stay with us as a permanent staff member when her apprenticeship is complete.
